I decided that to fight off any winter/holiday weight gain that I am going to set a goal of 25 days of fitness. Today and the next 24 days I'm going to get atleast a 20 minute workout in per day. I'm going to start off today by running with my friend from NRR who I haven't seen in a while.
With Christmas creeping up on us, I decided to start a little wish list.
