Zingerman's Bake! Class

Pat had gifted me a Zingerman's baking class for my birthday back in January. I picked out a few classes that were of interest to me & that fit in our schedule. The class we ended up taking was Baking with Beer. We made an Oat & Blonde ale bread that was really moist, a irish soda bread with a red rye beer, out of this world apricot beer scones, and cheddar ale crackers. The class was really well done, it was both informative and lots of fun. The instructor was great too! Here are some pics from the night:
